Her background is in the public sector; she is an experienced senior manager with a portfolio of successful clinical, operational and service improvement programmes. She has 20 years experience in leading and delivering improvement and innovation with teams and organisations ranging from GP practices and 3rd sector organisations to large multi-site NHS organisations. She has worked with challenged organisations and supported the delivery of patient care through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jenny has significant and demonstrable experience in leading events with large stakeholder groups in single and multi-day interventions to agree and action major change programmes.
